Car brands like Volvo and Tesla in collaboration with Google have cars with plenty of driver assistance systems to make our lives easier. Now BMW has teamed up with Intel and Mobileye to make self driving vehicles a reality.
The main reason for this collaboration is not only to take their hands off the steering wheel, but reached the so called "eyes off" as well as "Mind OFF" level. This will help to drive the car with nil driver input. The task is difficult but BMW and Intel are working hard to begin this revolution and handover the driving from the human to a machine.
