Audi Planning to launch the Superfast SQ7 in India

The high performance SUV is powered by a new 4.0 L, Twin turbo v8 diesel engine using an electric supercharger as well. The supercharger helps turbos to prevent turbo lag by increasing the flow of air in the system.The massive 900Nm of torque is available from as low as 1000rpm to 3250 rpm.
The car also has a 48V battery which can generate 13 Kilowatts. To improve the handling of the vehicle, the anti roll bars in the suspension setup have been taken over from the Bentley Bentayga.
The car sprints 0-100 in 4.8 seconds

Rolls Royce to Launch Black Badge cars in India


Rolls Royce has planned to launch its Black Badge models later this year in India.
The Black Badge models get more power output along with black exhaust pipes , black RR badge and even the Spirit of Ecstasy is also finished in black


                     The interiors feature a carbon fibre trim along with a bespoke centre clock


Apart from the visual changes the Ghost's 6.6 Liter engine now produces 603 BHP and 840Nm of torque, whereas the Wraith's Black edition produces 623 BHP with a 70Nm increase in torque.
The gearboxes have also been tuned to hold on lower gears for longer time and downshift quickly

Honda Testing new Accord in India

After showcasing the new Accord at the Auto Expo 2016 and grabbing many eyeballs , the car has begun testing in India.

A white colored car with almost no camouflage was spotted in Gurgaon . The car may be launched by the company in 2016 festive season near Diwali

The new car has a all new design with a thick chrome grill and large headlamp housings with integrated LED lamps, the bumpers also get LED lamp treatment.

The interiors of the car have also gone up to a whole new level.

The car will probably be powered by a 2.4 liter 185 Bhp engine with a CVT automatic gearbox. Later on a Hybrid variant is also expected.


Rumour - Tata Motors working on a VW Polo Competitor

Tata Motors is planning to launch a premium hatchback which will compete with the likes of the Volkswagen Polo, Hyundai i20, Maruti Baleno. The Vehicle is supposed to be based on the Advanced Modular Platform and has been codenamed as the X451



It will share the design with the upcoming compact SUV  Tata Nexon.
Later on the same platform a sedan will also be launched which will be positioned above the Kite 5 and will compete against cars like the Volkswagen Vento, Skoda Rapid and Honda City.


Maruti Suzuki S Cross facelift


The Updated Suzuki S Cross is expected to be revealed in July 2016 most probably at the Paris Motor show.
The new model will have a redesigned front end with new headlamps, bigger vertical chrome grill, redesigned muscular hood and bigger air dams

The leaked photos also show a minor update to the interiors of the car, featuring a new dashboard trim with an updated instrument cluster too.


The K10C 3 cylinder and K14C 4 cylinder Direct injection Turbocharged petrol engines may also be introduced in the new car and the older 1.3L DDIS 200 and 1.6L DDIS 320 will be carried over from the current model

New Porsche Panamera unveiled

The second generation Porsche Panamera has been unveiled in Berlin.
The new Panamera is based on the second generation modular Standard Architecture platform increasing the use of aluminium in the vehicle and reducing the weight.
Dimensionally the new car is 35mm longer and 5 mm wider compared to the previous car. The wheelbase as also increased by 30mm and all this contributes to a more lower and longer looking vehicle.



The Panamera gets new 2.9 liter Turbo  ( 434BHP , 550 Nm torque)  and and 4.0 Liter twin turbo (542 BHP , 770 Nm torque) engines mated to an eight speed gearbox.
The new Porsche Advanced Cockpit includes a 12.3 inch tablet size touchscreen along with Apple Carplay

Future of Automobile Advertisement - BLACKBIRD


Dont confuse this mean machine for a Batmobile or some other car to be used in a Sci Fi movie , This is the future of car advertisement.
This is the worlds first fully adjustable car rig The Blackbird that can be shot in any location anytime without the need of a physical car.
At the click of a button , the car can adjust its length by 4 feet and width by 10 inches to take the size of the car whose advertisement is needed, rest of the work is done using computer graphics.
The electric motor used in the car is programmable which gives it the ability to emulate the driving characteristics of different vehicles.

This will help car companies to make model revisions without spending much time and money on it.



Volkswagen Group to use particulate filters in petrol cars

Particulate filters have been common among the premium diesel cars from German brands like Audi, Mercedes, BMW and the Swedish competitor Volvo. Now Volkswagen group has decided to use the particulate filters in petrol powered cars as well , and this announcement was made by the CEO of VW AG, Mathias Muller during the annual general meeting.

New Porsche 991 specifications and updates

Originally launched in 1963 at the Frankfurt motor show , it was a replacement for the Porsche 365.
Over the years the 911 has become a huge success and a legend.

This 991 upgrade features a lot of changes to the car
The new car Carerra will now feature a 3.0L twin turbo horizontally opposed 6 cylinder engine that gives a healthy 370 horsepower and 450 Nm of torque. The more powerful S variant has 420 horsepower and 500 Nm torque output. Both the new variants are much better compared to the older naturally aspirated 3.4 and 3.8 liter variants.

The turbo variant has the same 3.8 L engine with slight increase in power


The car gets updated new bumpers and new tail lamp and head lamp clusters

The Porsche Communication Management system has also been updated and now also supports Apple car play and Android Auto.

India bound Jeep Grand Cherokee Specs

The Jeep brand has finally revealed the details of its initial offering in our Indian market.
